Dear WONCA Europe 2023 authors/ participants,
this is the WONCA Europe 2023 on-line programme web-platform. Here you can find all information regarding the scientific programme, “authors instruction” for uploading presentations and adding authors photo and short bio. The web-platform WONCA Europe 2023 is also connected to the WONCA Europe 2023 mobile app which will be released a week before the Conference starts.
Managing your Account/ Personal Page
We would like to ask all speakers/ authors to login to the web platform and manage their account info, description = short bio and add photo through the Conference web platform that is accessible after login (will be available from 26 April 2023)
- Logging in on the right upper corner by using your email address you have registered with.
- You can add & change your personal data, description, and social sites on the right upper corner “name” menu.
- Password will be sent to your email address when attempting for the first time.
- After you log in go to your personal page (up right corner by clicking on your name).
- Here you can manage your Personal data (profile picture, description = short bio)
- Don’t forget to save your changes by green „Save changes“ button.
Uploading your presentation(s) - Speakers’ Ready Room/ Web Platform
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All speakers within all oral sessions are asked to upload their presentation onsite at the Speakers’ Ready Room (Magritte foyer + room - located on the level 0) and your presentation must be submitted to the “Speakers’ Ready Room” at least 30 minutes in advance of your session.

ePOSTER PRESENTATIONS
How can I upload my e-poster?
ePosters shall be uploaded before the Conference. Please upload your ePoster via this WONCA Europe 2023 on-line programme web-platform that is accessible after login (will be available from 26 April, 2023)
- Login using your email address you have registered with.
- Password will be sent to your email address when attempting for the first time.
- Go to your personal page (up right corner by clicking on your name)
- Select button „Upload poster“ on the left side menu and upload your ePoster. File limitation is 200 MB.

A PowerPoint slide template
Please prepare your ePoster using a PowerPoint slide template that is available HERE. Save the final ePoster as a PDF file or leave it as a PPTX in case you are adding video file in your ePoster.
Technical Instruction and Preparation of the ePoster
- Use the TEMPLATE for preparing your ePoster (MS PowerPoint application is used for implementation of the ePoster).
- Maximally 1 slide per ePoster is allowed as the ePoster shall be self-explaining.
- It is possible to change the styling, set-up, and the colour of the background, however the format (62,257 cm x 110,693 cm) must be kept as it is set in the TEMPLATE.
- Screen size is 62,257 cm x 110,693 cm (width x height). ePoster must be compliant with this size - width of the document is adjusted to the screen width (it is a must to setup width of the document to 62,257 cm), height of the document is arbitrary, ePoster is scrollable, however we recommend the height 110,693 cm.
- Recommended minimum font size is 22 points.
- Zoom function is implemented, therefore any detail like image or graph can be zoomed in.
- It is possible to include a video file in standard formats to E-poster (AVI, MPEG, MP4, WMV, etc., The size of the video file must be no bigger than 15 Mb).
- In case of use of photographs, the author must have an approval from the patient(s)
